Return Policies & Procedures

The We will honor a Lifetime Warranty for all parts purchased through our website after April 1, 2017.
The credit will be given for the current sales prices or last purchase price, whichever is lower. If we no longer sell the part we will honor the last purchase price.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if any parts are received damaged, or any other discrepancy.
Due to a high volume of request we ask that you ship Broken Screens and RMA separately, do not combine these shipments.
We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to the shipping carrier.

LIFETIME WARRANTY VOIDED IF THE FOLLOWING

  • Broken flex
  • Missing Brackets
  • A screen that is Not from us
  • Cracked / Chipped screen
  • A screen that has been installed with a bad LCD
  • All Samsung screens once they have been installed
  • A screen failed from IOS upgrade

HOW TO FIND YOUR RETURN'S CREDIT

  • Go to "My Account"
  • Click on "My Crediton the left hand side
  • The credit willbe available within 2-3 business day from the time we receive your RMA

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RMA?

  • Make sure all parts are securely packaged in a box with sufficient padding material to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Parts should be shipped using USPS Priority “Signature Confirmation” with tracking or you can contact us for a pre-paid UPS shipping label. If you pay for your own shipping we will add the amount you paid for shipping to your credit as longas you include proof of payment. We do not cover insurance added to the package.
  • Include a packing slip listing all parts (quantity and color) that are being shipped in and with the defective reason.
