    There are 3 steps to create an account at Maya Parts:

    1. Complete the Personal Information form below, then click the “Create and Account” button.
    2. Check your email for the confirmation message. Make sure to click the “Confirm Email” button at the bottom of the message.
    3. Email us your shipping address and primary phone number.
