UPDATE: UPS will NOT be servicing Ground shipments until January 2, 2020. If you need your packages immediately, please select an Air shipping option. The holiday season is here! And while this is mostly a cheerful time of year, it’s also a BUSY time of year. This is especially true for our shipping carriers like UPS, Fedex and others. 

Please be aware that all of our carriers may experience shipping delays during the months of November and December, and ground shipping tiers will be suspending their service guarantee.

For this reason, we ask that you plan your orders accordingly and order early. 

  • Allow extra days for all shipping tiers.
  • Next-day orders should still arrive on the next day, however, our carrier has pushed delivery deadline from 3pm to end-of-day. We still ask that next-day orders be placed early, to insure you receive your package when you need it. 
  • Consider batching your orders and taking advantage of our FREE next-day shipping. 
  • Our default carrier is UPS, but we do offer FedEx and USPS as well. If you have a preference for the latter two, please indicate in the comment field during checkout. However, be aware that shipping rates will need to be adjusted and added to your bill afterward.
  • Our in-house local deliveries will not be affected.

We will do everything we can on our end to make sure you get your packages in a timely manner, but please understand that this is a typical occurrence during the holiday months.
