Whether you are sending us items to recycle, or sending an occasional RMA return, you need a simple way to keep track of your submissions once they are out of your hands. That’s where our “My Reports” feature comes in! Located under the “My Account” drop-down menu, this feature displays all of your submissions and their respective statuses.

There are two sections on the reports page: Testing Reports and RMA Reports. Items are listed by submission, along with a receipt date, and a link to view a full PDF report.
These reports list all of your submissions to our recycling program. Submitted devices are listed by type and grade, along with quantities, estimated credit, and reasons for any rejections.
Items submitted for returns or warranty will be listed under RMA Reports. This section lists the items included in each of your submissions, their quantities, amounts accepted and rejected, as well as reasons for any rejections.
To see your current store credit and transaction history, click on the “Store Credit” link in the left side menu. This page shows your balance, and a history of each order, RMA/Recycling submission, and their effects on your account balance.
